There is obviously something bothering him about that foot. Donkeys get all sorts of ailments, diseases and abcesses in their feet. Someone should check this guy out more closely. I m quite sure he is in pain. Check for heat or anykind of imflamation or infection on or near the hoof. Abcesses will usually break and drain with a little proper care, other things like laminitis or founder will require a vet.
