that is an amazing trick but as a dog owner myself it concerns me that you are using grapes. Grapes are on the dont feed list for dogs being that when they proscess them they become poisonous. it is said that three grapes or three raisons can kill a large dog. Please look it up. You seem like a wonderful dog owner with a lot of love for your dog. so far you are very lucky if your dog has proscessed them fine. Lots of luck a... Concerned dog owner

Grapes are toxic for dogs and many other pets. Please discontinue doing this. Maybe use a baby carrot or dog treats. You are slowly leading your dog towards renal failure. The organs shut down, etc.
