Response to This Website Doesnt Work

"whats the deal with this video site.. it wont allow us to upload any videos, if we go to upload video all we get is an email confirmation link?? and advertisements, we have confirmed our email 6 times now and it just takes us around in cirlces?? theres no help section ?? and emails to the admin are ignored?? How difficult does it have to be?? is this website for real or just a con, has anybody else had this problem?"
