Response to NO VIDEO UPLOADER

"can anyone help with this problem when I go to upload video there is no uploader only a email confirmation link?, we have confirmed our email 5 times and it just goes around in a circle and wont give any option to upload any videos, there is no uploader!?, we have tried everything including updating our browser etc.. I mean how difficult does it have to be??.. we have never had any problem like this with any other website and it seems there is no help section?? can anyone help ?"
